3. Digital Products

Our digital products include eBooks, video tutorials, and downloadable guides designed to improve your understanding of cybersecurity best practices. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Physical Products

We offer branded merchandise and printed learning kits. All items are shipped from our facility in Vancouver, BC, with standard delivery times subject to availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed via secure gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize the indicated charges.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

For scheduled services, you may request a new date up to 48 hours before the start time. To arrange a change, please contact our team via the support form.

7. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service qualify for a full reimbursement credited to the original payment method. Requests received within 48 hours are not eligible due to resource commitments.

7.2 Digital Products

Due to their downloadable nature, all digital sales are final. No reimbursements are offered. Please review previews and descriptions carefully before purchase.

7.3 Physical Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a reimbursement within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our team with photos of the issue via the support form. Approved requests will result in full reimbursement credited to the original payment method or a replacement shipment at no extra charge.
